Enough With Anonymous Learning

You’ve tried other programs. You wanted to believe they’d transform—but really, did they?

Maybe a few good tips. Some PDFs. Videos. Crowded Zoom calls.

No follow-up. No connection. No warmth. Just another receipt.

You've felt it: Courses that inform, but don’t transform.
transformative online-Islamic learning
That’s not educational. That’s transactional. And our children deserve more.

We’ve felt it too. That’s why we created Mawadda—to change how Muslims learn online!

Not a digital vending machine — but real growth, shaped by mentorship.

Real Learning Needs Real Mentors

Real Learning Needs Real Mentors

We’ve been where you are — watching our children slog through PDFs, tune out on crowded Zoom calls, and slowly lose their spark.

Every term you wait, the risk grows — quiet struggles, fading confidence, a weakening connection to their deen.

Once that light dims, it’s harder to rekindle.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

At Mawadda, no student is anonymous.

Every learner is seen, heard, and guided — by name, by heart, by what makes them shine.

We don’t just teach. We mentor, follow up, and walk this journey alongside you.

Imagine your child:
✅ Confident in class
✅ Rooted in their faith
✅ Excited to learn
✅ Inspiring others by who they’ve become

That’s the transformation we help build — together.

That’s the difference between waiting another year… and saying bismillah today.

How Mawadda Goes Further

Real growth isn’t downloaded — it’s built step by step.

At Mawadda, learning isn’t passive — it’s personal. You don’t just get advice — you’re mentored.

We know choosing something new feels uncertain — but the moment you take that step, everything begins to shift: from confusion to clarity, from routine to rhythm, from managing to guiding with presence and peace.

Worried you’re too busy? Unsure if your child will connect? That’s why our classes are small, flexible, and deeply personal — so every student feels seen.

Even shy or hesitant children thrive here. With steady guidance and real feedback, every obstacle becomes a stepping stone — with you and us on their side.

Our Name & Philosophy

The word Mawadda (مَوَدَّة) appears twice in the Qur’an to describe a deep, nurturing love—rooted in mercy, sincerity, and care—especially within families and in our love for the Prophet ﷺ.

It conveys stability, gentleness, and purposeful commitment—reflecting the spirit of Allah’s Name, Al-Wadūd, The Most Loving.

At Mawadda, our mentorship-based classes are built upon this spirit: where hearts are nourished, minds are challenged, and faith is gently nurtured.

Plant seeds of faith, confidence, and connection — and watch them grow.

Online Islamic School: One Step Today Could Change Everything

One Step Today Could Change Everything

Imagine your child — confident in class, rooted in faith, leading with joy. Imagine yourself — clear, calm, and connected.

At Mawadda, this isn’t just a dream. It’s what happens when you say bismillah and begin.

You’ve tried what’s out there. Now choose what’s different.

Every moment matters when building faith and confidence. Don’t wait another year. Give them the mentorship and support they deserve — now.

Because nothing hurts more than watching your child drift from their faith — and nothing feels better than seeing them grow in it.

When children thrive, they inspire their peers, strengthen their homes, and help build a stronger Ummah — a legacy you’ll carry into your akhirah.

Have Questions?

FAQs

We know you have questions — and we love that you ask them. Every parent and teacher we meet has their own unique concerns, hopes, and needs — and we’re here to listen. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions families ask us.

And if you don’t see yours? That’s okay! You can view more FAQs by clicking the button below — or reach out to us anytime. We’d be happy to hear from you.

For children, Mawadda offers live online classes starting at Grade 1, beginning with our Faithful Phonics ELA program and Crafty Arabic immersion course. From there, we continue through upper elementary and middle school levels, with advanced offerings like our two writing and storytelling courses led by world-renowned authors Dr. Fawzia Gilani and Mehded Maryam Sinclair. More programs are on the way — each carefully crafted to grow with your child, inshaAllah.

We’re steadily building a curriculum to serve a wide range of ages and needs, always with the same focus: nurturing both heart and mind.

For adults, Mawadda offers a growing selection of professional development and parenting courses, empowering parents and teachers to strengthen their skills and confidence as they guide the next generation of our Ummah.

Not yet—but that’s the goal. We’re building full-fledged programs, one course and grade level at a time. Each class blends core academics with Islamic studies, and our adult mentorships offer deep, lasting development in teaching and parenting

Yes—our classes are live and interactive. Real teachers, real connection, and real-time learning that invites questions, conversation, and joy. We may post recorded lessons as supplemental material but the core learning is live. Mentors teach in real-time, building relationships—not just content delivery. Students don’t just sit through videos—they’ll are seen, heard, and guided every step of the way.

Our instructors are practicing Sunni Muslims, experienced in both secular and Islamic education. They’re selected for their warmth, teaching skill, and ability to connect with children, with particular focus on those who are innovators and trailblazers in Islamic education.

Unless stated otherwise, we keep classes intentionally small (typically 4–9 students) so every child gets personal attention, meaningful interaction, and space to grow.

We grow one course at a time—carefully, intentionally. That said, we’re always open to hearing from educators who align with our mission.

If you’re a Muslim teacher with strong pedagogy, a clear course vision, and a heart for mentorship, we’d be happy to explore it with you.

Plant the Seed. Watch Faith Grow.

At Mawadda, we don’t just teach lessons — we plant seeds.

Seeds of love for Allah, confidence in learning, and connection to the Ummah.

When you enroll, you’re not just signing up for a class — you’re sowing something that will take root in your child’s heart and grow for years to come.

Roots of faith. Branches of character. Fruits of guidance — inspiring others and strengthening the Ummah for generations.

Say “bismillah” —and plant a seed that your child, your family, and your akhira will harvest for a lifetime.
