At Mawadda, we believe in clarity, kindness, and accountability. When you use our platform or enroll in one of our courses, these are the terms we kindly require you to agree to.
Enrolling in Our Programs
By registering for any Mawadda course or event, you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and yours to share

If your child is under 13, you’ll provide appropriate supervision

You’ll uphold the respectful and Islamic mindful norms we foster in our class spaces
We don’t collect any personal information from children without the parent’s direct involvement and permission.
Payments & Refunds
At Mawadda, we pour time, preparation, and heart into every course—and keep class sizes intentionally small so each student receives real attention and care. When you register, you’re reserving a limited seat and making a meaningful commitment—to yourself, your child, and our teachers.
Please review our refund policy carefully:

All course payments are final once the course begins. We do not offer refunds after the first session.

Because our classes are small and highly interactive, a late withdrawal means someone else misses out, and our teachers’ time and preparation cannot be recovered.
If unexpected circumstances arise—such as family emergencies or health issues—we’ll work with you to:

Offer access to session recordings during the year

Re-register you in a future session of the same course, when available

In rare and extraordinary situations, offer partial credit at our discretion
We appreciate your understanding that this policy protects not only our instructors, but also other families depending on consistent group dynamics.

Class Conduct & Safety
We care deeply about cultivating warm, secure learning environments. To support that:

Class sizes are kept intentionally small to allow for genuine connection and personalized attention

We reserve the right to remove a participant if they are consistently disruptive or disrespectful, after appropriate communication

Some live classes may be recorded for training, safety, or internal review (we’ll always inform you)

We never use your child’s image or voice in public materials without your explicit written permission
Use of Mawadda Materials
Our lessons, printables, songs, and recordings are created with great care—and protected by copyright.
You may:

Use them for personal or home educational use

Reprint or replay them for your own enrolled child(ren)
You may not:

Share, copy, resell, or redistribute any materials outside your immediate family

Post any part of the materials publicly online or in group chats

Technology & Access
We currently use Zoom for classes and send class links and updates via email.
To ensure a smooth experience:

Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment during class, preferably with a backup connection

A webcam is encouraged for participation

If you have tech troubles, email or DM us at any time—we’re here to help
